While browsing my other blog site, i saw this poem that i made a few months ago. It's freakin emo! hahah! If I am not mistaken, during the time that I wrote this poem, I was so depressed, reaching almost 6 feet under. hahaha and suddenly, these words came out from my mind.
haha I just wanna share this -- one of my favorite written poems. NOT because of the story behind nor the element of depression(with this, let me say dramatic content) in it, rather, because of the form and technique I used. Although I don't have that HUGE background in literature. =)
I'M SO POSEUR!
Caffeine gently flows with the color-of-death-color-when-not-aired-substance,
Nicotine, alveoli, and vessels: conjoined together for a wild ambiance.
Pump, pump pump, faster, faster, faster!
CnN makes me feel better.
Backtrack:
Sharply edged words (creeping inside my useless self) from her dagger-like tongue
Arrest me helplessly with a… Bang!
