If you’re watching too much television, you might find it useful to ask yourself this one question – “Which side of the glass do I wanna live on?” When you’re watching television, you’re watching other people do what they love doing for a living. Those people are on the best side of the glass because they’re having fun and you’re passively watching them have fun. They’re getting money and you’re paying. Rochel Mark’s one study found television very educational. “Every time someone turns it on” he said “I go into the other room to read a book.”
